ABOUT US

OUR STORY

Walsh Kitchen

Established in 1999, ctmgranite Remodel & Design Center began as a small tile shop that owners Mike and Lorna Chirila purchased in Federal Way, Washington – known as Ceramic Tile & Marble Center. This started them on their 20 year journey to becoming the full design and build remodel company they are today. ctmgranite has established a reputation in the Puget Sound area for not only the quality of their work, but their genuine relationships with their customers.

One of the major steps that led to the transition from a small tile shop to a one-stop design and build remodel center was the purchase of our current location – a 5,000 square foot showroom that includes material displays, working vignettes, and an on-site custom fabrication facility. With the combination of a working design center and an experienced staff, ctmgranite has established itself as a leading competitor in the local remodeling industry.

We pride ourselves on making everything completely custom, from the conceptual design stages through to the completion of construction. Starting from a small tile shop we have grown to handle any and all phases of remodeling, including granite, quartz, and marble countertops, custom cabinetry, flooring, architectural glass and shower enclosures, and anything in between. Our showroom has become an excellent source of inspiration for remodel projects and a great place to view examples of our superior craftsmanship.

ctmgranite sets itself apart from other design and build firms by the amount of involvement that is provided with each project. Whether it be an Interior Designer or Mike Chirila himself, there is always a point of contact through all phases of the project – from material selection to countertop installation. By personally overseeing your project, we aim to eliminate hassles and ensure all the materials and workmanship meet or exceed the highest standards – both yours and ours.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

Giving back to the community is important to us. We are a proud contributor to the organization FUSION - a local Federal Way non-profit organization which provides housing and support services to the homeless in Federal Way. FUSION’s goal is to ensure these individuals will have a safe, secure environment as they work toward self-sufficiency.

“Superb craftsman and excellent customer service… a 5 star experience.”
